Mohn-Granola step by step
- Blech mit Backpapier belegen und das Backrohr auf 160-170 Grad (Ober-Unterhitze) vorheizen (nicht heißer!)..
- Haferflocken, Mandeln, Vanillezucker, Mohn und Zimt vermischen..
- Währenddessen Mohnöl und Honig gemeinsam in einem Topf, bei niedriger Temperatur, schmelzen und dann zu dem Haferflocken-Mandel-Gemisch gießen und solange verrühren, bis alles feucht ist..
- Danach alles auf dem Backblech verteilen und in den Ofen geben..
- Die Backzeit beträgt insgesamt ca. 25 Min. Das Granola anfangs etwa 10 Min. backen und danach wenden. Dann wieder in den Ofen geben und zweimal nach jeweils 5 Min. das Granola wieder wenden. Dann noch mal 5 Min. backen - aber schauen, dass es nicht zu dunkel wird (dann schon früher aus dem Backrohr geben)..
- Danach vollständig abkühlen lassen und abschließend in einen Behälter füllen..
